最近Bad health!(PCOS)
今年我的身體果真發出警訊
告知我不能太拚命
話說因為自從過年到現在出現MC不順
而且是異常不順
去年一整年都算的剛好
很正常
我就想好吧
去看婦科好了
跟醫生說了狀況
先吃了摧經藥
也跟醫生說想檢查一下身體
第一次看婦科
其實不知要問什麼？離開前護士還說你好像還有問題要問喔！
當天抽血醫生說：要驗甲狀腺抗進（這個我聽過，因為同學有類似狀況）男性賀爾蒙（一聽到時我嚇了一跳，為什麼要驗這個）抽血後手臂烏清一個多星期
春假那週照超音波
超音波前要先喝1000cc以上的水
因為前一天整天過得很快樂，很輕鬆
當天有點晚起，一直灌水，到醫院時等到離起床有一個小時了
我才跟醫生說什麼時候該我
因為有點很急
醫生馬上幫我照
說真的第一次看到自己的身體狀況
好新鮮喔！
也看到婦科的狀況其他孕婦很開心和先生討論超音波所照的寶寶
好幸福喔！
都聽到笑聲
當天醫生跟我說我的狀況
超音波一切ok
男性賀爾蒙過高（我臉上長痘痘的原因，查其他資料還說到性慾望！唉唷！）
不過
他說到我有多囊性卵巢症候群Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome
我一聽到時
我心很亂
我很急的問對以後懷孕有影響嗎？
醫生說:我正要跟你說，很多女生都有這個問題體質的關係以後可能會不孕或也很容易受孕
可以用藥物治療，不過有避孕藥成分。
我一聽到時，又猶豫了一下，避孕藥，我就跟醫生說剛好因為上次吃藥，剛好今天就來了。醫生也說你考慮一下（感覺我好像要在今年生小孩一樣，沒有啦）其實醫生也說，上網有很多資料可查（這時覺得很敷衍我，不過也是因為病人很多）他也好心把病的名稱寫下來。痘痘你也可以看皮膚科（其實以前我看過了，至少現在再回去看，我能說是因為這個原因）。飲食要注意什麼，不要油膩。因為白天上班晚上上課，熬夜也有影響。我就說藥先不要吃好了，醫生說有超過3個月沒來再回來看吧！
其實這時我的左眼感覺濕濕的，拿著單子付錢，眼淚開始一直流一直流！
可能因為我的心理一直想著以後懷孕的事，我一直很想要有自己的小孩，就算不結婚有小孩我也都ok!如果結婚有小孩更好！（終於哭了，我好像很久沒哭了！）（我也想太多了吧，連個bf都沒有，想這麼多）
回到家一直查資料，並不是很完整。也跟Dad說，他知道我男性賀爾蒙過高，他笑著說你是變性人喔！（Dad這個笑話不好笑）他說你就吃藥阿，我有跟他說避孕藥成分，他說你又沒有要現在懷孕（但是吃了也不好吧），媽也在當天說跟我很好的表姊懷孕，我說真不愧是Scorpio，Dad吐嘲我跟Scopio沒關係，是因為他有適當運動。不過，My dad說你只要心情放鬆，正常飲食，適當運動，就會好拉！All you can do is relax!（怎麼可能，每天過著緊張的生活，最近對課業有點緊張）
Mom有空看中醫吧！
之後也打電話問我高中的護理老師，因為我以前是他的小老師。老師也很好心告訴我他的想法。他也說學妹也有類似狀況，半個月沒來。他也說好險你比較早知道，至少沒有在以後想懷孕後才了解。你就看西醫吧。我說也想看中醫。聽到老師這麼說，心情有點比較好了，至少早點發現早點治療，好好照顧身體。

中醫是調身體
再不順就可能想用西醫治了
三不政策！不能熬夜！不能吃冰！（不過我很少吃冰，因為我怕冷）不...(想不到第三個).
多喝水！放輕鬆！
之後再看看囉！先讓我把期中考好好準備一下

The Co Down man, who dated actress Keira Knightley for two years, was seen leaving an Arcade Fire gig in Brixton last week with Barton on his arm.
The 21-year-old actress met Dornan at the exclusive Cartier bash in London last summer.
The pair were pictured looking cosy and onlookers claimed Barton was smitten with the handsome Dior model.
Barton, whose OC character Marissa Cooper was killed off last year after three series, was involved with rocker Cisco Alder.
But it is understood she split from him last month after an 18-month relationship.
The actress, who has also modelled for Dior in the past, stars in the new Richard Attenborough movie Closing The Ring, which was filmed on location in Belfast and Canada.
None of Barton's scenes were shot in Northern Ireland.
Dornan has been linked with a number of famous women since splitting from Knightley in 2005.
The model, who also acts and plays in a band called Sons Of Jim, was allegedly involved with actress Sienna Miller and model Lily Aldridge.
After landing a major modelling contract for Calvin Klein alongside Kate Moss, it was rumoured that the pair had hooked up, but Dornan later said he wasn't "cool enough".
Other well-known women who have expressed an interest in Dornan include outspoken pop star Lily Allen, glamour girl Caprice and Bob Geldof's tearaway daughter Peaches.
Following his break-up with Knightley, Dornan said he wanted to enjoy being single for a while.
He also said he still had feelings for her and that it was difficult dealing with the break-up.
Knightley was pictured crying and looking upset, but some months later she began dating her Pride and Prejudice co-star Rupert Friend.
The couple are rumoured to be marrying in Italy next year.
